    Handmade pieces like being taken care of attentively. Hand wash is recommended for all handmade ceramic pieces.

    Ceramics glazed with a glossy or silky glaze are completely food safe and are easy to wash.

    Pieces glazed dry-matte might not be suitable to hold acidic foods, such as lemon, tomatoes and strawberries, and might tint over time when coming in contact with dark liquids, such as tea, coffee and wine.

    Unless stated otherwise, pieces are not suitable for the microwave.

  • Payment Method

    Online purchases in the store are done with PayPal. If you want to pay using Bit, Paybox, Wise or a bank transfer - please send me an email.

  • Pricing & Shipping

    All items in the shop are one of a kind and made attentively from start to finish by me. Items are carefully priced with that in mind. Prices include Handling* and don't include shipping. The cost of shipping will be determined according to your location and size of package sent.

    I do my best to use degradable, recyclable or recycled materials when packaging your purchase. If possible please recycle the package or reuse it.

    Be aware that in some countries an extra fee or tax is charged for received items. These charges are added once the parcel has reached your country. I cannot foresee this and won't be notified. Customers are responsible to pay these fees and taxes.

    *Handling - I pack each bought item in a safe double package, fitting to its dimensions. This means I usually tailor a package for each purchase. This time spent is calculated into the item's cost.

  • Returns

    The description for each item includes dimensions, purpose and care instructions. Please ensure you are happy with the item’s specifics before purchasing.

    All sales are final, I do not accept cancelations.

    In case of an item arriving damaged, please document the damage and send me the pictures immediately so I can inquire with the dispatch company and compensate you. Declaration of damaged items will be accepted within two days of parcel’s arrival.
