Pair of Plum Plates
Two plates, similar and not the same, made by hand and on the wheel. Dark stoneware clay glazed matte white, with plum-purple to pink and brown-yellow on the rim. The white top was brushed with another layer of thin glaze, for an uneven rougher surface.
One of a kind pair, these two plates were made together to stay together. Perfect for serving desserts for two, or a small portion of food next to a glass of wine. Just as wonderful as decorative objects.
